These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders for products placed with us via our website, over the telephone or by post or email. Please read them carefully before ordering products from us.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects the statutory rights of consumers.
Oresome Gallery LLP, must receive full payment of the price for the products and the delivery charges before we can accept your order. We reserve the right to refuse your order or to restrict the number of products you may order at any time.
If you place your order using our website you will receive an email from our payment provider. We will notify acceptance of your order by sending an email to you stating that your order has been accepted and despatched. Otherwise, our acceptance of your order takes place upon delivery of the products. Only when we have accepted your order is a binding contract created between us.
Prices
All prices are inclusive of United Kingdom-rated VAT at the prevailing rate where applicable.
Prices remain in force until we publish new prices on our website. Delivery charges may apply and, if applicable, will be displayed during the order process.
We endeavour to ensure that all prices on our website, in all our literature and given over the telephone are accurate, mistakes can sometimes occur. If we discover an error in the price of products you have ordered we will contact you as soon as possible and give you the option of either reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as being cancelled. If the order is cancelled, we will refund any money which we have taken from you.
Product Details
All work is including designs and masters are the intellectual property Oresome Gallery LLP.
All work is handmade and finished by Oresome Gallery at the workshop in Hull (unless otherwise stated). Some variations in size, shape and colour may occur depending on individual design this includes gemstones.
The product dimensions supplied are intended to give an approximate indication of the size of individual products. The images of products may not show their actual size
All precious metal pieces will be hallmarked with the Oresome Gallery makers or the individual makers mark as appropriate.
Commissions
A 50% deposit will be taken in advance before any work can commence including design work.
Commissions are non returnable or refundable
Availability
All orders are subject to availability, some items may be limited editions and we may only produce so much of each item.
Delivery
Orders are delivered to UK postal addresses All items purchased will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery unless otherwise stated (this excludes gift vouchers which will be sent to the recipient via email). Gift vouchers can be sent by post this may incur additional charges and can only be purchased by visiting the gallery or making a phone call to us. The parcel is tracked and needs a signature.
We aim to process orders and dispatch them within 4-10 working days. However in some cases orders may be need to be created from scratch and could take up to 3 working weeks.
We will always try our best to fulfil all of our customers’ needs and meet the quoted time scales above, however during extremely busy times for ourselves and the Royal Mail this may occasionally result in a slight delay.
Refund, exchanges and refunds
We hope that you love your Oresome Jewellery but if you are unhappy with your purchase then simply return the goods, in perfect condition and unworn and in the original packaging.
Once a purchase has been made the buyer has 7 working days to return or cancel the order. The buyer must cancel the order in writing via email or letter not by telephone. The buyer must cover the cost of returning the goods via Royal Mail Special delivery. Once the returned item has been received a refund will be made to the buyer within 30 days. This policy does not apply with goods made to order.
Oresome has the right to alter the price of work without prior notice, although every attempt will be made to notify customers in advance.

Until you have returned the product to us, you must keep it in your possession and take reasonable care of it. We will credit the price of the product to your credit/debit card. Please note this may take 2-5 working days for your bank to process this refund.
Faulty or incorrect goods
Oresome creates their pieces to the highest quality and standard, but in the unlikely event that your jewellery arrives faulty, damaged or is not what you ordered. It is essential that you contact the Oresome via email (info@oresomegallery.com) within 7 days of delivery, we will endeavour resolve any issues as soon as possible.
Items that are thought to be faulty after this time will be assessed individually.
Gift vouchers
Oresome gift vouchers must be redeemed At Oresome Gallery LLP, at PO BOX 990, HULL, HU7 9BX . Vouchers are valid for 6 months, can only be redeemed for the goods or services stated on the voucher and cannot be exchanged for anything else, no change will be given. Your gift card will be posted to you via standard delivery at a cost of £2.50.
Gift vouchers cannot be used to pay for gift vouchers.
Gift vouchers have no cash redemption
If the order exceeds the amount of the gift certificate, the balance must be paid
Change will not be given from gift vouchers
One or more gift vouchers can be redeemed against an order
Oresome Gallery LLP is not responsible if a gift certificate is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.
“These Website Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. You can bring legal proceedings in respect of Website Terms in the English courts. If you live in a part of the United Kingdom other than England or any other Member State of the European Union, you can bring legal proceedings in respect of these Website Terms in either the English courts or the courts of your home country”
